Where are you located?

Kam's Kookies LLC is located right outside of Philadelphia, Pa. We do not have a physical store yet. In our online store you can place an order for shipping.

What is your shipping schedule?

We ship over the country, and our shipping rates are based off of locations package weight, but all order over $75 include free shipping.

Pickup day: Friday
Pickup times: 12-6 p.m.
Orlando, Fl. (Lake Nona).

By placing my order, I understand that the shipment of all weekly menu orders (Saturday through Friday) will be processed on Saturday and will take 1-3 business days to be shipped on Monday by the shipping company.

These days and times may vary if we attend an event, bazaar or popup shop. Check the HOME page for upcoming events. Also the description of the cookies or the calendar to choose the day of pickup or shipping shown before Checkout.

Do you make local deliveries?

At this time we do not offer delivery service.

Why are there sometimes some flavors of cookies and not others?

Our production is done on a weekly basis. We do most of the work by hand to ensure the freshness, quality and taste of our products.

At Kam's Kookies we have several flavors of cookies and every week according to availability we rotate and change them, so weekly you can get some new flavors and others that still remain on the menu. The menu changes every Monday after 12 pm.

Why can't I order just one cookie?

Our minimum cookie order price is $20. The elaboration of our products requires a significant investment and time, this way we maximize the efficiency in our business and guarantee the necessary resources for our orders.

How can I preserve your cookies?

Our cookies can be kept in the same well-sealed package for up to 1 week.

You can rewarm our delicious baked good in the microwave out of the packaging (8-10 seconds), although we highly recommend doing it in a preheated oven/microwave oven/air-fryer at 350F for 3-5 minutes depending on power of oven.
If you'd like to share them for later as a gift, for traveling reason, etc., we recommend freezing them in their original sealed packaging and in an airtight container for up to 2 months. To consume them warm and soft, take them frozen (out of the packaging) to a preheated oven at 300F (180C) for 6-9 minutes.


Events, Bazaars and PopUp Shops

We love to connect with our customers, that's why we attend certain events in Philadelphia and other cities around the country, so these pick up and shipping dates may vary. We recommend checking the description of each cookie or product to confirm pick up and/or shipping days or in our Home for any event we have announced.

If you are interested in having us host one of your pop-ups or event, please contact us and we will get back to you within a couple hours.

Allergies Information

At Kam's Kookies we do our best to avoid cross contamination, however, we share all our equipment and utensils to bake our variety of products.

Please note that in our production area we process wheat, nuts, eggs and dairy, so we are not an allergen free environment.

What are the ingredients of your cookies?

All our products are made with high quality ingredients, without preservatives and fresh.

In our products you can find some or all of the following ingredients. They are listed below in no specific order:
Butter, brown sugar, refined sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, various spices, chocolate, nuts, essences, leavening powders, dairy, dehydrated fruits, salt.

Do you make vegan or gluten free products?

We do not offer this type of product at this time.
