This cookies reminds of the classic combo of peanut butter and jelly. The almond butter, roasted sliced almond, in the almond cookie base offers all the same delicious nutty notes that peanut butter normally offers. The jelly part is provided by the ruby chocolate chunks and freeze dried raspberries.
